Prices and Payment

All prices are in $AUD. We accept payment by Visa Card, Master Card and PayPal.

Delivery Policy

We deliver to Sydney Metro and Newcastle (Friday only) using refrigerated trucks with our products packaged insulated boxes which are designed to keep the product at proper temperatures for up to 5.5 hours from delivery. We accept no liability or responsibility for our products if they are not properly refrigerated after 5.5 hours from the time of delivery. Delivery is $10 and FREE for all orders over $95 with a minimum orders of $50.00, no minimum value for in store pickup. Delivery cut off is at 5.00pm for the next day.

If there is no safe place for the products to be left upon delivery, then the products will be returned to the deliver’s depot and an alternative delivery time will be arranged. Should the product be stolen or otherwise unlawfully removed after delivery then we accept no liability or responsibility for that event occurring.

Prime Quality Meats is a known and trusted name in the meat industry. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Any complaints regarding the products or services supplied should be made to atyourservice@primequalitymeats.com.au or by phone 02 9302 1100.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an acceptable and agreed alternative item, or provide a full refund.

It should be particularly noted that Tova Platinum products are grown on our own property in the Southern Highlands and product availability will be subject to change from time to time and some products will not be available. If you order a Tova Platinum product which is not available we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an acceptable and agreed alternative item or provide a full refund.

Refund Policy Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
